I created my 1st deluxe hardcover and am waiting for it to arrive. All has gone well so far, except for one thing:
A text caption disappeared. I did not notice it until after I had purchased. I had previewed the book many times before, so I did not do the final preview at purchase time. Does anyone know what causes this? I am suspicious of a few things... I did a "Save As" and saved the book under a new name... the text had quotation marks in it... the text had a name in it that the spell checker flagged... the text happened to be on page 38 out of 49 with a three photo layout. I can reproduce the problem by doing another "Save As". (The text will stay there if I type it back in.) Has anyone else had this problem? I am using the latest Mac 2.1 update. |

We have had a bug with a 3 photo layout. Customer service can give you a coupon to reupload - try a different 3 photo layout or download the latest build from our website. We rolled out a MAC update only last week.

So if I contact customer service for a coupon to re-upload, will they ship new copies of the finished products to me? Three out of 5 of my books were affected by this bug.

Yes, they will. The queue is backlogged though so expect a delay in response. They will help you though.

Customer Service responded promptly, and provided coupons for re-upload and delivery. I am very happy with the response - particularly during a difficult time. Great customer service! |
