Default Final Version of My Greece and Italy Book

This is the final version of my first book. I ordered 2 classic sized books first then a deluxe size followed by a revised classic one. We are working on a companion volume using the travel template and it is a bit less formal.

Thanks so much for the kind words. I had no idea how much is involved with creating a book. One thing I noticed is the size of the font between the classic and deluxe sized books. The font size is accurate for the classic book but appears much larger in the deluxe book. There should be a statement for the deluxe book regarding the increase in size. I would have used a font size smaller than 12 for the deluxe version.

My early-music group saw the books tonight and was initially upset I didn't make a DVD slide show as they expected. But they were amazed once they held a book and looked at the pictures. The quality of the pictures is absolutely outstanding and the full-page bleed on the Deluxe size takes you right into the scene.

Great book Tenor

I think I must have seen an earlier version of your book, but it is still fabulous!!

I agree about the size of the text. I used Photoshop's Arial 18 pt for my full story pages, and although I'm happy with the size (easy reading for the eyes), I could probably still go 2-4 pts smaller, and still read the text just fine

Thank Alyxia,

Your book was the first one I looked at here since we went to some of the same places. So yours was the first travel book I ever saw. Someone on our cruise highly recommended MyPublisher and I am VERY pleased with the finished book.

I would like to learn Photoshop to help with the next book. The Mac version of MyPublisher is not as complete as the PC version. I did not think creating the book would take so long. They should GET RID of the auto-build button, quell nightmare for me.

Thumbs up Lovely book

Hi Tenor1, I just viewed your Greece & Italy book & thought it was very nice. Your pictures are colourful, well-composed and sharp. What kind of camera / lense(s) are you using?

We went to Italy, Greece and Turkey last summer, so it was fun seeing some of those places again...

Nicely done!

I use a Leica D-Lux 4. The Panasonic version is the LX3. The pictures are unaltered. Someone on the cruise recommended MyPublisher to us. This is my first attempt at designing a book and I had no idea how long a process it is to complete one. I relived the trip during the process of creating the book and it was almost as much fun!

Thanks for the kind words!
