Default Successfully uploaded...but file corrupted?

Hi,
I wonder if anyone has the same situation as I do.
I can make the order and upload the file successfully through the software,
but soon the customer service tells me my file is corrupted and can not be processed. I ordered several times and the files are all corrupted.

Is that the problem of my computer? Any idea how to solve that?
(I tried both v3.3 and v4.0...)
