Password and Order Number in book store

I just uploaded my book and tried to go see it at the book store, but it says my order number is not vaild and I never did get my password. Will these be emailed to me? Does it take a little while to get them?

I received mine when I contacted MP. It was 3-4 days after my order before I could see my book.
