I just bought two different books. The first was delivered wherein every even number page had problems printing the left justified text while the odd number pages printed text perfectly. In the other book of a different subject matter, the text was cut off in at least 10 different pages, while not on my previewed sample which I saved. Two out of two of my first two purchases came in with material errors. Where is the quality control? Does a live person check these before they send them out? Will someone resolve this issue effortlessly or will this cost me time?
