uploading problems

i have all my pictures in my costco.com account and i downloaded bookmaker from their website..however, i cant use the pictures that are in my albums to breate my book..help!!!!!

Hi Karatas -
The costco online album is different from MyPublisher. You need to download them back to your computer and grab the images from there.
