I have e-mailed the my publisher customer service several times for the past week and have not received a response back. I ordered my album May 3rd with a 2 day FedEx shipping method. I chose the 2 day FedEx shipping so I would be able to give this as a Mother's Day present but it has not arrived yet. Does anyone know how to contact a My Publisher representative other than an online email or at customerservie@mypublisher.com?
