I just received my photobook, and I am very disappointed with the poor photo quality. I used only high resolution photos taken on a 5 MP camera, but they turned out grainy and the colors are not quite right. The book looks nothing like what mypublisher advertised. Mypublisher claimed that the book is "like any high quality book or magazine," but that claim is far from accurate. I have printed these photos through other companies in the past, and they turned out beautifully, so I know it is not a problem with the photos. Please let me know if this is an error or oversight, and how you can remedy this situation.

Accurate photo and album quality has been my experience with all 6 different photo albums I've done with MyPublisher. All photos were from the highest resolution on a 5 MP camera. Everyone who has seen my finished albums is blown away by the professional quality of the book. As an artist and photographer I have an acute eye for details and find that MP has been right on.

Hi Bookworm - what do you mean by the colors are not quite right? Can you elaborate? If you are unhappy please contact customer service and they will take care of you. It is possible that there was a problem with the printing. Your book file online looked good.

Sincerely,
MyPublisher
