Hello,

I just designed my 1st book. I have created an image for the book jacket. The image includes custom text I did in Photoshop. But the preview shows some text boxes in the bottom right, even in the Print Preview. Will those print on the cover? or will they not print since there's no text in them.

The help pages say if you leave the text boxes blank, they wont print, however that quote doesn't say that that rule applies to the book jacket. Just the book pages.

So will it print?

Yes, the same rule applies to the jacket. As long as there is no text in the box, the box will not print. That being said make sure you selected the correct layout. There are 2 layouts (one with a white label on the right adn one with a black label on the right). These are NOT text boxes. These labels WILL print. You need to make sure you have selected the full bleed option with the transparent text box.

Sincerely,

Darn! I thought the same rules applied. I see the transparent text box option now. Can I get this corrected before it goes to print? What the best course of action???

Hi Lou - I've gone ahead and cancelled your order. You can reupload a new one one. You will not be able to use that same coupon code - try PHOTO241 instead.

Sincerely,
