I am working on the Delux Hardcover book. I am planning on also making a book jacket for it. However, will the image I pick out in the "book" portion for the cover still be on there (just under the book cover?). Just curious...
Hope this makes sense!

Hi Kanda -
I guess it depends. Are you making your jacket as a separate order? If you have a book jacket book, then no, nothing will be printed under the jacket, the book is plain black, like you'd see at a book store. The design is on the jacket itself.
I hope this helps!

I am not sure how I will be doing the cover. If I use the dust jacket, I know it will give it that "authentic" book look, which I like. If I do NOT use a dust jacket, will it print right on the cover of the book? What about the spine and back of book -- are there printing options for that?

If you don't use the book jacket but decide on the picture window option. Your photo peeks through a die-cut hole in the center that is encased in linen fabric. I think it looks great personally. There is no printing on the spine or the back though because it is all fabric or leather, whichever color you choose.

I almost finished my deluxe book. I do not want to have any pics or text in the front and back flap. Is there a way to have those clear? I am afraid that the printed come out with the pic boxes and the text boxes. The pic box appears on the screen in gray color without pictures.
If someone knows about it , I really appreciate your help.

Hi Pixel -
Just make sure you didn't create an ADVANCED JACKET. If you did, go back into the jacket and DELETE it. Then you can have a simple cover. Those print with nothing on the flaps and back.
