Couple of printing problems on Delux Vintage book.....can MP correct these?

I just received my third MP book, my first book in the Vintage style and in the Delux size. As with my first two books, the overall quality and appearance of this book is outstanding and very impressive. A couple of errors though.....Problem #1: Unfortunately, there's a major printing flaw on Page 1, my Table of Contents. I used the text template that has a title line and two columns of text on a dark charcoal colored background with a black tree on the bottom half of the page. It looked beautiful in preview mode, but the background printed as uniform blotches of light gray over white, and you can just barely see the white text if you study the page closely. Problem #2: The text box of one of my pages (again using a standard MP template) allowed a two line caption, with no red letter alerts, but did not print the second line even though it shows up fine in the preview.
I have already emailed customer service, but am wondering if either of these has been a recurring problem due to some bugs in the templates for the new book style; or was this a case of technical errors missed by Quality Control during a peak period?
I'm confident that MP will correct this, based on what I read in the forum about your commitment to your customers' satisfaction. I haven't received a reply yet from CS, but will try to be patient.

Hi Anita - I am actually aware of the issue with the table of contents page. Customer service is about a 1 day response time, they will definitely take care of it though. To prepare (you will have to reupload your book, they will provide you with a coupon code), you will unfortunately have to select a different title page template. I do apologize for the inconvenience. The text issue...if you can tell me which template it is, I'd be very interested about that. I'd delete the entire caption and re-type that one in. Is it possible you hit the return key or there is some text hidden below it or something?

Since I'm not presently at my home computer, I can't test out your suggestions on the text box, but I can tell you that it's your two-photo, two-textbox template and the text boxes are in opposite corners of the page. My problem was with the upper corner text box which has a horizontally positioned oval frame around it and two text areas. It's the uppermost text area that was two lines, the second of which didn't show in the printed book. I don't recall how I typed it since it was weeks ago, but I can certainly re-type it carefully before resubmitting my book. Only problem is that it would have to be resubmitted yet again if the problem recurred. Also, I'll be out of town and away from my MP program for the next four days so I will have to prepare the reupload next week. Thank you very much for your help and cooperation with this. I'm still a huge fan of MP and consider this just a bump in the road. Keep up the great work.
