classic cover options

I am trying to create a classic book and on the main mypublisher website page when you can preview different covers it seems to let me choose the sepia tree background picture where you add the text and have that be the "picture" that shows through a linen cover cutout. When I go to my bookmaker (2.2), the tree isn't one the choices - do I need to update bookmaker or something? I know you pick the cover color at the end -but I think the showthrough "picture" needs to be set when you make the book, right? I've only used photos for the cover showthrough before, so I've never done this.

Hi Nan - that cover is part of the Vintage Book Style (theme). If you like those greens and beiges, this book style might be a good fit for you.
