Failed to load book error message

I receive the message "failed to load book" when I launch My Publisher. I also receive this message when I attempt to load the book from a backup .dime file.

I created a book and uploaded it for publishing a week or so ago. I was just going back in to take a look at my handy work when I discovered I cannot open anything. Help?

What do you mean from a backup .dime file? Where do you have a backup? This is not something BookMaker does on its own. Have you moved files around or done a backup to your computer or something recently?

It sounds like BookMaker can't find your files.
