I see your order in the system. Hopefully it will ship out tomorrow - 6 business days as stated in the shopping cart due to the high volume. It's usually much less than that - sorry for the delay!

My order occured on Nov. 8th and as of today (Nov. 20th) at 5:46pm, I still have no mention of a completed book for shipment - certainly beyond the "6 business days" till shipment. Response please.
