View Full Version : Shipment delayed? / Promo code did not work - Help needed please.

Hello,

I had placed Order# M517436 on November 8th 2007
It still hadnt received confirmation for shipment and no reply from several times I tried contacting Customer Service via Email.

All I really want to have it shipped this week, but I would also like to use PROMO code for my order.

WHat happened was when I was placing the order prior to promotion deadline, the code was removed from main page. I had made the purchase and contacted Support for a chance to receive the discount. Support replied with PROMO code but did not say anything about me being eligible for discount. I was unable to get in touch with Support since.


Maybe somebody can check if there is an issue with my Album?

Hi Aleksay -
Your order is in the system and hopefully should ship by tomorrow. It was stated in the shopping cart that due to the high volume it could take 6 business days to process it. I am sorry for the delay.

Customer service will definitely take care of your request and credit you the difference, it may take a while for them to respond but you will hear back. I don't see any coupon code in your order, so they will have to manually do it. Please let them know.
