I have been using mypublisher for about three years now. I have one book that I have had printed well over a hundred times. I understand the procedure for updating account information (e.g. go in to order a book and change the information, etc.) but it has never worked for me. I registered for my account when I had a different e-mail address that I no longer use. I have tried on numerous occasions to change that information so that I can start receiving promotional e-mails again, but without any success. It's very frustrating because I haven't been able to receive a response from customer service either. Or is it that mypublisher doesn't want my business anymore?
