I have been using mypublisher for about three years now. I have one book that I have had printed well over a hundred times. I understand the procedure for updating account information (e.g. go in to order a book and change the information, etc.) but it has never worked for me. I registered for my account when I had a different e-mail address that I no longer use. I have tried on numerous occasions to change that information so that I can start receiving promotional e-mails again, but without any success. It's very frustrating because I haven't been able to receive a response from customer service either. Or is it that mypublisher doesn't want my business anymore?

Hi Jim -

Thanks for being a great customer. I'm so sorry you are having trouble doing that. I need to ask some of our tech folks what can be going on here and why the update account wouldn't work. Have you tried recently? We replaced our old shopping cart that may have been causing you issues. You can log into it and on the top right, there is a button called "Edit your Profile." You should be able to do it right there.
