On Monday, I tried to use a special code given to me to order a copy of the book I created last week. It appeared to accept the coupon until the end when it flashed the price as I finalized the purchase (I think). I have not recevied an email confirming the purchase - I'm not sure if it's due to high volume or perhaps I cancelled the order and didn't realize it. Can you help!?
