Blue Ink on Pictures and Pictures fattened

Hi. I ordered 3 of the same book (Order No. M504957) and there are a couple blue spots on page 13 (on their faces which looks really bad) and on page 10 the picture looks fattened (my husbands face!). I trust you guys will fix this, but they are Christmas presents and I need to ship them asap! I did send customer service an e-mail. Thank you.

If you sent an email to customer service you are all set. Ink blemishes are our fault, so your books will be replaced. The good news is that you are very on top of your Christmas presents...you will have no problem receiving them well in advance.
