Changing book style?

Just wondering if it is possible to change which book style (classic to deluxe) while still using the Travel book. I started with the classic (I'm in the "get photos" process) and after my friend's books arrived, I decided I want to make it larger. How do I do that?

Also - if we complete the deluxe book, is it possible to get the same book in the classi (to give our travel agent?) Just checking.
