I sent an email to customer service yesterday and still have not received a response. So now I am attempting this route, as my book is a gift for this coming Saturday!
First, of all I received my book on Saturday and I must say it looks great. I am really impressed. I'm also impressed with the quick turnaround!
However, there is just one problem. The cover photo looks bad. I have checked in BookMaker and in Photoshop and it does not appear to be on my end. The resolution is fine. It just has this strangeness to it. Almost like hot spots. It makes the two people in the photo look like they have a skin disease.
This is a gift for Saturday and I don't know what I can do to fix this! I was going to print out the photo and replace it however I noticed you can't because it is covered with a fly sheet.
Any thoughts/advice?
