How do I apply Costco 20% Discount if I didn't dwnload software from Costco

I have just finished creating my book about my honeymoon and I'm wondering if I can get the regular 20% Costco discount on it even if I didn't download the software through Costco.com. I would absolutely freak out if I had to re-create my entire book again using Costco's version of Bookmaker. Does anyone know if I can call in my order and get my Costco discount? (I tried to get my book done before the 40% discount expired but ran out of time.... shucks)

Hello kitkat78 -

You cannot call your order in. You can go to the Costco website and download from them. It will overwrite everything, but you will not lose your work.
