Making changes to an entire book

After creating a book w/12 pictures per page, I've decided to change the entire book to 4 pictures per page, but find that I have to change each page by removing each picture, resizing the page & adding pages, then resizing each picture. This is taking forever! Is there an easier way? To resize the picture on some of them, I'm clicking each picture as many as 40-60 times & it cannot be done quickly!

To change from a 12-photo layout to a 4-photo layout, click on the page you would like to change. Then select 4 Photos from the Page Type drop down menu. All 4-photo options will appear in a pop-up. Double click on the layout you would like to use. Your book page will change automatically and keep 4 photos in the available molds. The other 8 photos previously on the page will be returned to the photo well at the top of the BookMaker screen. Then to size each photo to the photo mold, click on the photo you want to adjust. A thick blue line will appear around the photo and a bar with photo enhancement features will appear to the upper right of the photo. Click on the AutoFit button from the tool bar (it is a symbol with two arrows at a right angle). Your photo will be automaticlaly resized to fill the photo mold.
