What does the page look like? Does it say "You have to preview your book" or does it say "Internet Connection Required"?

Please make sure you are using:
BOOKMAKER 2.2
Have Internet Explorer 7 set as your default browser
Have cookies enabled
Have medium security settings on your machine.

Also, the Internet browser must launch for the purchase, so please ensure it didn't launch but is hidden or minimized somehow on your screen.
