got my book - product review and 1 small problem

My book arrived yesterday and for the most part I'm very pleased with it. There are a few pictures that seem pixelated and I wish the images were a little crisper, but overall I think it turned out well.

My only problem is that the photo on the back flap of the jacket has a milky white film over it. The picture appears cloudy which is not the case on the original photo, and it definitely takes away from the appearance. I'm hoping MyPublisher will replace the jacket - do I need to send this to customer service or is it resolved here?

Hi Robyn -

You will have to contact customer service. Frankly I've never heard of this issue before, and I looked your book file up. The image on the back flap looks a bit more pixelated/blurry to me than your other images in general. Reprinting it will not help your issue. When you do redo your jacket, I recommend changing the picture.
