The past few days the checkout automatically took off 25% since my book was over 50 dollars. I have been trying everything possible (and patiently) trying to get my book to upload. I have read several threads and can't find a solution. Today as I have been repeatedly been trying to upload, it just started taking only 20% off my order. It is only 3 dollars difference, but there isn't a way I can change it without a proper coupon code. My main problem is loading. It gets to about 130-140 pics out of 208 and doesn't go anymore. I don't know why it wouldn't except any pics since they are all the same size jpegs and the original. Any suggestions on the troubleshooting and/or the price difference change in the middle of the day?

Hi Kittykatzu -

The coupon expired at 3am EST last night. As I wrote to you in your last post, Customer Service will gladly take care of the difference in price. It may take a while to get a response but they will fix it for you for sure... :)
Just get your book uploaded.

I am not as concerned for the price as I am trying to get my book loaded. I am trying everything possible and can't get it to upload.

Can someone in customer service tell me if I can redeem the coupon code if I use it today. I almost have my book finished, but had to take care of a sick child yesterday.

IS THERE ANYONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE? I've been a customer for more than 2 years and I'm wanting some advice about using the coupons. Any help is appreciated.

Hi Less -
No, your coupon code will not be valid anymore. You need to contact Customer Service to get the "extension" coupon code for people with technical problems. They will give it to you...not a problem.
