Difficulty uploading

Hi I've been trying or 3 days (nights) to upload my book with not alot of success. I am on a mac and it seems to crash sometimes or goies ina circuitous loop ie. selesct a book size etc and then saying i need to select a book and size over and over. Not all pics will load. Soooo I hope to try again this evening if I'm not successful... I'd like to know if the cupon will be extended or I should give up and try elsewhere? Thanks anyway.

My Pub has been very good about this so far. I imagine they will extend a few more days. Hopefully a lot of the rush got through in the past 2 days and it will get easier. This is my first my pub book and I'm at least happy to know it is popular! - though it has been a frustrating experience

Hi Troy -
It seems as though you haven't even created a book yet. From your description it sounds like you are getting stuck just starting your book in BookMaker...is that correct?

Can you explain a bit more about what is happening? I will try to get to the bottom of your problem...
