Book Jacket Cover

I have 9 minutes left before my coupon expires. I've been working on this book for days and have 2 issues. First, when I want to upload more pictures Bookmakes just closes. It doesn't give a warning - it just closes. It's done this 9 times on me tonight,
2nd - All I have left to do is to put in pictures in the book jacket and I don't know how. I've put in all of my text w/ no problem, but can't figure out how to put the pictures in.
Should I just go to the kind of book w/ the cut out and forget the jacket? What am I doing wrong?
I was hoping to order 5 copies of this book of my new baby grandson.

I'm sure it is already too late for you to use the coupon. But maybe I can offer some help with putting in pictures on the jacket. It is the same way as you do all the pages. Just drag the picture from above (if you have already added the photo you want, by clicking 'get photos' button then it should be there in box above) and drop it into the jacket.
First you have to choose a jacket option that includes photos. There are layouts for the jacket without photos too. So if you have added that by mistake, it won't let you put in a photo. Click on page layouts at the bottom or just click on 'Cover' in the page type and it will open up the layout option. You need to select a layout that has a blue box surrounded by black borders or no borders, but it should be blue...only those layouts accept photos.

I'm guessing since you have already worked on this book, you probably know all the above info, but may be having some technical difficulties specific to your bookmaker. I hope someone from mypublisher can help you solve it.

If you are working on a large book, say with 100 photos or more with high MB size, then bookmaker will close or freeze up without notice...it has happened to me many,many times...thats a problem that mypublisher should fix or update it's program to handle large books.

Hi Becky -
For the photos on the cover, when on the cover page, click on the ADVANCED JACKET button. If you have started a jacket, you can't edit it unless you click on that button.

With regards to the closing. Maybe there is 1 corrupt image you are trying to load?

We are working on improving performance for large books. A new version is currently undergoing testing with MyPublisher QA.

Also - if you email Customer service they will give you a special code to honor the discount for your technical troubles. It may take a while to hear back from them but they will honor the coupon.
