3 days, can't seem to upload.

I have been trying to purchase my book since I saw the 45% special. The first night it stoped at picture 150, some at 130. I have 2.2 version, using reliable connection, internet 7.0, cleared my cookies and cache. I was going to try a new computer and import it but now if I try to load it again, the fall2040 coupon is going in and not an automatic coupon that was cheaper. I am getting very frustrated.

Hi Kittykatzu -

You will need to contact customer service (please allow some time because they are backed up) and they will give you a special code to honor the discount. Since you have been able partially upload, I can only assume it was due to the high volume. You should not have any problems uploading at this time. Alternatively you can just upload now, and then email customer service....they will be able to credit the difference in price. I'm sorry for the frustration.
