I have been reading the forums to see if I can find out what my problem is. I have tried on 3 different computers, and each have had a different problem. One of them has the 'one item remaining problem'. On the other 2 computers, it will start the download and then stop completely at about 15% uploaded. I have done this over and over, so I'm worried about holding my credit card for that much money ( I am wanting 4 copies of my book). What can I do to get past this that I haven't already tried. I would really like to be able to use the Fall coupon. Thank You.

I'm sorry to hear you are having problems. If it stops at 15% everytime you try, chances are there is an issue with an image/page 15% into your book. If it stops at different places, then that is not the issue.

Clearly your browser is loading and you are getting into the shopping cart, I really feel this is the issue.
