I have a Costco membership and downloaded MyPublisher off the Costco website. I ordered one book on Nov 8 and then another one on Nov 9. (I tried to order on Nov 7 to get the early discount (25% off) but the site was down, someone responded to us and told us we could still get the discount if we orderd on the 8th). We then ordered another book on the 9th because there was another promotion to Costco customers that you could get 20% off. I ordered the books and kept looking for the discount to come off because the website said the discount would be taken off at checkout. After checking out and ordering the books the discounts were never given. I ended up paying full price for both books! I still plan on ordering one more book, is there a way I can get some sort of credit for the books I already ordered?
