New to MP and lots of questions

Hi -

Not sure if I am posting this in the right place. I am making my first book - it is rather large - about 95 pages.

I am confused about the whole DPI issue though. Can someone please clarify? If I zoomed out on the photos with the red outline until they turn blue, does this mean the photos will be ok? Or do the photos with blue outlines still require some tweaking? I am concerned as this is a large book and kind of pricey. I see posts from people who have made multiple books and are still having trouble. I don't want to order this and hate it.

Not sure if it helps, but we used a Canon SD750 (didn't like it at all and have returned it) for our pictures. I have no idea what setting it was on though and I don't have PhotoShop.

Also - does anyone know the paper weight of the pages? I searched and could not find it. Just curious if it is normal photo paper or thicker.

Hi AMF -

As long as the photos have a blue outline around them they should print just fine.

The paper is not silver halide photo paper, like you'd see with 4x6 inch prints. It's a heavy weight semi-gloss paper that is archival and acid free.
