Miss print on cover - Help!

I e-mailed the service dept. but it has been 24 hours and I have still not heard back from them. After a 2 hour down load of my book I immediately realized that I had a miss spelled word on my dust jacket cover. I am wondering if there is any way to fix this small problem before it goes to print or a way to just re-order the DJ alone? I feel quite stupid about this as I had proofed and proofed the content of the book but I guess I still missed the error on the cover. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Matt

Hi Matt -

We can't edit the text from our end at all, and I see you are using BookMaker MAC and we don't offer jackets only on MAC. I've gone ahead and cancelled your order. You won't be charged for it. Go ahead an fix the problem in BookMaker and reupload...it happens to us all !

Hi Matt -

Since the coupon has officially ended, you will have to contact customer service to get a special code to use. It may take them a while to get back to you, but rest assured they will and they will give you a coupon to use.
