Cover Page Picture Issue

Order # M517998 has a cover picture issue. I normally take full responsibility if I feel I screwed something up but I swear I didn't this time! My cover picture, although in BookMaker 2.2 looks fine, on the uploaded shared version online, it is way off centered leaving white bars on the top and left of the photo. I sent an email but have not heard anything back. I don't want to cancel my order - can you PLEASE just move the picture up and to the left so that there is no white space?! If that's easier for you guys.

On a side note - I think I know what may have caused the discrepancy - while making my book I clicked the button to change layout and chose the deluxe book where as i started on the Classic. Even though I switched back to Classic it maintained the same look as the Deluxe in the software. Only after it was uploaded as Classic did it return to the Classic cover, which is a different size as the Deluxe, thereby causing the picture to look awful. Maybe this has already been identified as a problem - but for other book maker - beware!

I hope to alleviate your fears. I have shared books with myself that look off center, but they print and arrive just fine. I think the picture window on the share is slightly off to be honest. I can't see your book file yet. I can see your order but due to high order volume the images haven't loaded quite yet for print.

We can't fix anything once the book file is in unfortunately, so if there was a problem you would have to reupload. That being said...wait for your order to ship. I am 99% sure it will be perfectly centered...if not, you can post again and I'll certainly take care of you.
