Hello,
I want to make sure my order # M519238 was cancelled. I placed the order at 6:50 PM & cancelled it at 7:30 PM so I was within the 1 hour time frame. However, I did not receive a confirmation email or anything... I'm not sure how this is supposed to work as I've never cancelled an order before. I do know that the system seems to be running very slowly right now & my BookMaker has crashed a couple times tonight. Anyway, I'm in the process of uploading another order but want to make sure this one was cancelled. I emailed customer service but the wait time is 16 hours so maybe this'll be faster??
