My edited version is being ignored!

My question is....how do I reach an actual person at MP?! I have written through the website and seem to get automated answers.

I made several edits to an existing book (I ordered 25 of the first one) and then uploaded the edits. I have no doubt I uploaded correctly. I am a very computer literate person!

When I was notified that my second book was in production, the link led to my first book! No edits were recognized!

Has this happened to anyone and how can I get them to look for my most recent upload!!!

The edits were on pages 55, 65, 66, 67, 69, 70, 71

I regularly click "SAVE" when I'm done editing so I know that the edited version was uploaded.

Can you give me an example of what something that has been edited should say. Like for example - page 55 should correctly say X.

Hi Ezpixels. I don't need your order number. What I need to know is on page 55, for example, what should it state. How do I know it's the correct version? Like is there some edit I can specifically check to tell you if it is correct?

OK...sorry.

Page 55 edit should have the word "main" inserted between "three" and "native".

The other pages (65, 66,67, 69, 70, 71) have rearrangements of photographs and some changes in layouts in order to accomodate two new photos on page 71.

Good news! Your edits are there. I think you were probably looking at a reorder email from the old book.

I'm happy you found my edits BUT if I enter the second order number and then the password they gave me for my second order, the frist book opens! I have just tried it again.

My first order has just shipped and I received notice that the second order has also shipped.

I will think positive and hope that my second order shows my edits! In the meantime, I will keep this thread open.

I think I've found the problem! Apparently someone ordered one of my first books and I received confirmation that it was shipped. I just assumed it was my second order and that no edits had been performed.

I did not realize anyone could buy me book online but I see the "buy book" button now.
