data decryption error

I'm having trouble purchasing, whenever I click to purchase, I am given a security alert that says "data decryption error." What can I do to solve this problem?

In all honestly I have never seen that error. What browser are you using? Do you have Cookies Enabled? What screen are you on when you get this?
