My wife and I have been trying to purchase for several days now , with
no success. Time is running out ,
I have tried to contact your Corperate office and the phone is not answered.
I am currently contacting Costco to see what help they can give
What is up with your system

I was finally able to get it loaded at 1110 am 11/08
I even got up 2 times at night to try.

I really do apologize for the delay. We had extremely high order volume and lots of people uploading simultanously which is why you probably had trouble getting on. We are working to rectify that issue for the future. I am sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your dedication in getting your orders in.

I appreciate the apology , Pretty much no one can be held responsible for backed up computers. As a side not , when it would not load this morning I closed
every page that was open and started with a blank page . reloaded ver.2.2 ,
reloaded the book she was working on and reviewed it . I then started
on the front cover and clicked on the link to start the purchase .
It worked just like it was suppose to , sent the book and it took it on
the first try ,
Thanks for the forum to allow voicing concerns and everyone else's tips.
