Hi guys - I have to place an order for two wedding albums for a client and together the books total around $170 so I can take advantage off the 40% discount currently on offer. Individually the books only qualify for 20% and it also looks like I have to pay the shipping of $18.99 on a per book basis.
Can orders be combined to attract the higher discount and shipping combined to save there too?
Thanks for any help you can offer.
Cheers,
Pixuality.

Any suggestions at all?

Unfortunately orders cannot be combined. The discount is per book. Of course, if you order multiple copies of the same book you can get the discount but you can't order 3 different books on 1 order. It's an issue with their printing software that causes this problem.

Thanks, Asmit, for clearing that up for me.
Ah well - I'll wait for MyPublisher to get that sorted to increase the happiness of their customers.

Hi Pixuality -
I do apologize for the inconvenience, but it is a techincal challenge to overcome. Each book requires a book file and needs to be uploaded, therefore each order is one book file. That is why you can't order 2 different books at one time.
Sorry about that!

Hi MP and thanks - just tell those clever software people to allow a holding stage - like a shopping basket - or allow the book files to be concluded locally (ie - on your customers pc) prior to uploading.
Combining orders to save on shipping at the current rate of $18.99/book would be a great benefit.
Cheers,
Pix.
