I have been stuck at early phase of the Uploading process for last couple of days and I don't know what to do next.
The status bar on the bottom of the Upload window shows:
"(1 item remaining) opening pages https://commerce.mypublisher.com/store/control/uploadbook? checkoutpage=payment..."
with the progress dots of 5. It sits there forever until I finally force it to quit. I even tried overnight, I sleep longer than average professionals, and it still doing the same thing in the next morning.
What do I need to do to go beyond this point?
My book is 93 pages with little over 500 picture files. I am trying to order 5 copies of this book. I really need that "fall2040" coupon for this job.
Please help!

Thanks in advance,
TS

I had the same problem and ended up exporting my book and uploading from a different computer. The flash graphics are what fails to load, which prevents the upload process from ever starting.

Hi Takasan -

That is correct. Can you install Flash on your computer?

Sincerely,

Hi RobynDebora and Mypublisher,

Thanks for your guidances.
I have installed the "flash" on my computer and tried the uploading again to find the same situation. With more carefully watching the uploading process steps, I saw it uploading the 0.6mb segment and it went up to 2.4mb before it went into the same loop of "(1 remaining)......" message on the status bar. Total files size to upload is 47.7MB.

Is there way for me to send the "Exported" file to you for your support ? Any alternate ways to get this photobook file uploaded to your site is fine with me. Please let me know what I should do next.

Thank you in advance,
TS

Hi Takasan -

It doesn't sound like a problem with your book file. Can you export it and save it and try to upload it on another computer? Just install BookMaker, import the book and try to purchase from another PC for the time being?

Sincerely,
MyPublisher

Hi MyPublisher,

Thank you for your advise.
I will have to find a friend who can let me use their computer to upload my photo-book.
