Problem with uploading

I've been trying to upload my book for awhile now but once I click 'purchase' and confirm that I have reviewed the pages I get an error stating "You have clicked back into the BookMaker software." I've seen that several people have had this error and I've tried doing all of the suggested solutions. Nothing seems to be working. Any help???

Hi Kelly -

That is NOT an error. That is what should display. The problem is that it sounds like your Browser has not launched. Please confirm the following:
1) You are using Internet Explorer 7 as your default browser
2) That you are on BookMaker 2.2, the most current version
3) That you have your security setting set to medium
4) That you have cookies enabled in your browser.
5) Please verify that the browser just didn't launch behind your BookMaker window or is just hidden or minimized.
