I'm ready to purchase my book. I clicked purchase and accepted the terms, it opened a web window but quickly came up to "HTTP 400 Bad Request. The webpage cannot be found."

Can anyone help? I'm trying to make the promotion deadline tonight.

I am using 2.2 and using IE. I read through some forums and tried reducing my security level to medium. Also tried turning off popup blockers. Still no luck.

Are you using Internet Explorer 7? IE 6.0 will not work.

Using IE 7.0. Tried again tonight and still not working. Any other suggestions?

Do you have a firewall setting that can be conflicting? Can you try turning off your firewall just temporarily to see if that is the problem?
