More problems uploading

I have been trying to upload my book since yesterday to no avail. At first it wouldn't even upload the pictures (0 of 180, and then an error message in BookMaker). After several failed attempts yesterday I decided to wait until this morning. All of the photos loaded but after nearly 5 hours of uploading, and just 60% comnplete, I received another error message. Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this?

What error message did you receive? Are you on a high speed internet connection? If you are on dial up, that does not work very well. It's most likely due to high order volume...so I recommend trying back.

I am on high speed. I do not remember the number but will look for it next time. I have received it at least 4 times over the last 2 days.

Hello - Error 35 I know, the response has timed out. I recommend trying tomorrow morning. We have extended the coupon through 11/9 so you will be just fine. Try in the early morning if possible, when there is less volume.

I am still getting error 35. I have attempted in the morning, mid-day and late at night. Are these problems expected to be fixed any time soon? If I hadn't spent hours making my book in your BookMaker I would be purchasing from another company right now.

We are not having any technical issues on our end and the high volume has definitely subsided. The error 35 is due to the fact that the upload is timing out. I'm not sure why it's happening on your computer over and over again. Do you have another computer you can try to upload with? Can you do a FILE > Export and try an alternate computer to see if the problem persists elsewhere?

It finally worked. After failing several more times I started my upload around midnight and it completed around 6am.
