Can share book, but CAN'T get past "Book Options" to Purchase

I have tried the last two days to purchase my book. After clicking on "purchase," I am able, my computer opens the new browser and allows me to log in. I get to the first part, "book options" page where you enter in your coupon code. It continues to say 0.00 for the amount and after clicking "next" just refreshes that page. I want to use the coupon and I am VERY frustrated with this. I have tried checking my computer settings, firewall setting, etc. and have disabled them and done what My publisher suggested after my first email. NO LUCK. I am able to share my book fine, but I cannot purchase. Please let me know what to do! Any suggestions I would appreciate. I don't know if I will use My Publisher again after this mess unless I can get this done soon. Please help!

Nothing is wrong with your settings. Please give your book options page a minute to sit and load. It sounds like it is not tallying the orer total. It can take a minute or 2. Also make sure you keep BookMaker open and don't touch it throughout the purchase process.

I have given it several minutes with only the Bookmaker and the new page it opened with the Book Options on it. It still says 0.00 for the total and never updates the total if I try to add the quantity or coupon code. I didn't do anything for the first few minutes at all. Should it automatically know how many pages my book is and have a total right away before I change the quantity and coupon code? Would it help to have a different user and password? I don't know what is wrong. My connection is great with everything else. What now?
