Continuous Failure to load Book

I need assistance with this since I feel there is something more going on. I have had an issue with my books not uploading, but for some weird reason, it always gets stuck at 76%. Even when i start afresh, it is the same issue. It optimizes ok, but the the upload freezes at 76%. What can be the issue? I have uploading the same book on a different computer but it freezes as well and after a while, it gives me a powerpoint error msg. I am trying to make use of the costco coupon which expires today and i'm running out of time. Please help.

Hi Splendid -

A power point error message? Since it is failing at the same point each time, chances are there is a problem with your image or page at that point. That's why it's failing in the same place. You can try to figure out which image is causing the issue, remove it and then you should be able to get through.

What's the best way to figure out what page(s) has an issue? Nothing seems to be off on the pages and no image is blurred or seems off.

It's about 76% through your book. I'd recommend trying to calculate based on the number of pages on your book and figure out approximately where it would end up.

Yeah, i did try that and moved some pics out/around and tried to upload and now it gets to 85% and gets stuck (which is whole new page w/totally different pics). I guess i will just have to re-create the album from scratch. At least now, I know the problem might be from the pics (though not sure why).
