Attempting to Upload Book

I am attempting to upload my photobook, the "Please be patient while we upload your book" dialog is stuck on "Optimizing your photos for upload: 30 of 128."

It has been stuck on optimizing the 30th photo for about an hour now.

Any suggestions?

Hi Matthew -
Definitely try your upload again. It could have stalled out due to high order volume, however if it stalls again on 30 - it can be a problem with one particular image (probably the 30th or so)

I am also having an upload issue. It seems to be stuck on the upload page, which is faded and also does not show any progress in uploading. HELP!

On mine, for one particular photo book, it gets stuck at 76%. It's been this way for a couple of days. I tried leaving it on yesterday when I left work and came in this morning to an error msg re: powerpoint. Is that a problem with a particular picture? If so, how can I determine which picture so as to rectify the problem?

Uploaded! Yipee! i am so estatic right now; can't wait to receive the books. I noticed that some of my pages were "captioned" options and some were not. So, I changed the "captioned" pages to non-caption and that seems to have done it. Don't know why that should affect the upload, but i'm glad it uploaded.
