I have spent the last 2-3 weeks making photo albums and now when I am getting ready to place my order the coupon will not allow me to order different photobooks. Why in the world would I want to order the same book multiple times? The whole point of making these books is give each person a book that means something different to them not some general thing that has no meaning or sentimental value to it.

MyPublisher better get the point that I spent that last three weeks making these books perfect and now I don't know if I want to order the books.

I want some answers and I want the now. The answer better be that I can order all these different books for 40%. I will make sure that anyone that wants to make their own photobook does not use this company because it is a FRAUD!

I could have written the above message word for word myself. I tried to order my 11 different books last night to get my 40% off before the deadline. I was shocked to see I couldn't order them all together. This was never shared with the consumer in any of the information on the website. I spent all this time working on each individual book. I will not be able to order them because of the high cost. I am very frustrated with this company.

First off, maybe I could be wrong but my understanding is that the coupon can work for more than 1 order but you have to order them separately. Coupon or not- MP has not devised a way for people to order multiple different books at 1 time, upload them all and order them as a large group for group shipping.

Yes, this is a problem but it does not deface the value of the coupon. The coupon still has value. You will just have to pay for shipping 11 times instead of 1 large shipment.

MP is a great company that helps us "regular people" make great books for our photos for a fraction of the cost say 10 years ago. The process of making books like these is a relatively new thing. It's still a work in progress.

My suggestion is to order the books and pay the shipping anyway. Is it a bit of a hassle and more cost? YES, but the results are just amazing. When you see a book completed you will be glad you did.

Hello Everyone -

I'm really sorry that you felt misled. We have terms and conditions everywhere, in every email and right off our hompage that explicitly state that you cannot combine orders for the discount. Right now we do not have that capability in our shopping cart, because its one upload per order, in order for us to process your book file. I do apologize for any inconvenience this as caused you. It really is a good deal. We do our best to keep our costs as low as possible, but we just can't take orders for multiple book types at one time. Every company has sales, and we do our best to be up front and honest about every one.

Here's a link to the T&C's off our homepage:

The offer is a good incentive but it isn't fully explained on the advertisement. So it is easy to understand why customers would get frustrated. This is my first effort with BookMaker and I'm finding the software to be very clunky and slow. I've had to reboot the computer several times. It is taking me hours to put this book together and learn the ideosyncracies of this software. I have little confidence that it will turn out as I want and is disappointing to learn that I can't combine orders to take advantage of the 40% discount.
