What Am I Doing Wrong?

This is my first time and I keep getting this message. What am I doing wrong?

We recommend that you return to the Shopping Cart by clicking back into your Internet browser window
to ensure that that your book is fully uploaded and the transaction is complete.

At this time, if you make any changes to your book, your purchase session will be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your purchase session, you can do so by clicking back to Make Book or closing your Internet browser window.



It just sits there. I need to get this sent before tomorrow for the special.

HI Gutzy -

You have that message because the software has made a call to our shopping cart to launch the browser and it thinks it's launched. Can you check to make sure it's not minimized or behind BookMaker somewhere? You should ensure that your default Internet Browser is set to Internet Explorer 7, that you have medium security settings enabled and that you have cookies enabled. This should help you find the shopping cart I hope!
