Not downloading

I have been trying to download a book since this morning. It goes as far as "download" and even looks like it is but I let it work all day - while at work - and it wasn't done when I got home. The page isn't working the same either. The pages aren't turning. It just sort of gets stuck. Also the software page says the I clicked to go back even though it continued on to purchase.

Help fall 2040 is upmost up and I want to get this book in.

I am having problems as well. I have spent so many days trying to upload. Mine gets to a certain percentage and just freezes. I now believe the problem is from the website rather than my computer. I have tried everything possible, but i'm not getting anywhere and I know the promotion ends tomorrow, so no luck. My publisher came highly recommended but now, i wish i had just let a professional create my album.

Does it stall at the same time each upload? If that is the case, it can be a problem with 1 particular image. I'm sure we'll get to the bottom of it. Can you describe a bit more what is happening when it stalls?
