I know that means the quality isn't good...but how do I improve my image quality?

Hello Cnlisa-

Unfortunately you can't typically improve the quality of an image. You can increase resolution but that doesn't really help with print quality. Where are your images from and how did you get them? Are they off a digital camera? If you give me a little bit more information I can try to help.
