How do you upload the book?

I have finished doing my book. I would like to know how to upload it and purchase it. When do I enter my shipping information, credit card info and email address. I click on purchase and nothing is happening. Can you please walk me through what I should do and click on once the book is ready to be purchased and uploaded. Thanks.

How long does it stay on the same screen before uploading and asking for my information

It has been on the same screen now for half hour saying its uploading or something, i don't know what it's doing. is it supposed to take this long, please help as the deadline is midnight tonight for the discount.

I responded to your other post.
It can take a long time to upload your book. Assuming you have created your account you should see an upload animation and it should tell you X% of % complete....
